Order Processing
All orders placed on https://kimerachemsltd.com/ are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and US federal holidays). You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number once your shipping label has been created.

Domestic Shipping (USA)
We offer fast, reliable shipping across the United States. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping
We do ship to select international locations. However, the purchaser is solely responsible for understanding their local customs laws and regulations regarding research compounds. Kimera Chems is not responsible for packages seized by customs, nor do we cover import taxes, duties, or customs fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at clientservice@kimerachemsltd.com with photographic evidence of the damage so we can initiate a replacement. If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
