Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the highly sensitive nature of research peptides and the strict storage conditions required to maintain their stability and purity, Kimera Chems maintains a strict return policy.

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the integrity of our supply chain and guarantee that every client receives uncompromised, unhandled compounds, we do not accept returns on any opened, unsealed, or reconstituted products.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that was damaged during transit, you must notify us at clientservice@kimerachemsltd.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect product. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the request is made before the order has been processed and shipped. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled.
